Delivery Information

Customers are responsible to inspect and accept delivery to be free of damages at time of delivery. Upon request we are happy to unbox and present all appliances for inspection. Unacceptable items may be refused or noted (for no-charge repair) at time of delivery. Damage to product or property, including concealed damage that is reported after the delivery team has the premises is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any damages to property must be reported immediately to the delivery and or installation staff to be photographed and documented while still on the delivery site. Customer accept's complete responsibility for items left on property in sealed boxes.  

Delivery Types

$35 within a 35 mile radius and $2 per loaded mile outside of that and includes unboxing and putting in place. Please be prepared to move the appliances into an enclosed location once they have been dropped off in driveway or garage if applicable.  

Delivery & set in place and or installation will incur separate fees depending on the appliance type and size and will be offered for a fee during the time of purchase.  

Delivery Location

The delivery location must be free and clear of all clutter, hazards and other obstacles that may hinder the delivery team. The delivery location must be safe with solid even and uniform steps. Snow, ice and other winter elements must be cleared from the driveway and entry point.  

Please know that it is the customer's responsibility to accurately measure all doorways, hallways, rough openings, ceiling heights, etc. to ensure a delivery is possible. We need at least ½ inch on each side of an appliance to safely move it. Please consider that if an appliance needs to be turned it will require about twice its width or depth to rotate. There could be a restocking fee of up to 20% if the appliance doesn’t fit. We do offer a site survey at $100 if you are unsure of your measurements. If you choose to do this, Kelsey’s will be responsible to make sure all appliances fit.
