Product Description
The Performer Series 48" Gas Range with four lift-off open gas burners, 22" griddle, 18" bake oven and 30" Innovection® oven with infrared broiler offers the most powerful and easy to clean open burner options. These are all ceramic open burners capable of heat up to 25,000 BTUs! They are easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning, and have dedicated pins for each size, making it easy to quickly identify where each burner head goes. The balanced, turbulent heat distribution is essential when baking, roasting, and dehydrating food. The American Range convection oven technology features a convection motor and fan to enhance uniform heat distribution throughout the large (4.4 CU. FT.) oven cavity. The strategic placement of the convection fan ensures consistent heat distribution even when challenged with cooking the largest turkey, ham or roast.
